Utilizing extensive training from CAGI and DOE, our Certified AIRMASTER+ (Two on staff) can perform a complete audit of your compressed air system.
ACES Service Dept. is committed to providing our customers with four levels of quality Preventative Maintenance Plans resulting in the least possible down time.
ACES Service Department has the capability and is equipped to maintain, and/or renew your compressed air system. ACES is staffed with factory trained technicians who operate fully stocked service trucks with both rotary screw and reciprocating compressor parts inventory. The Service Dept. receives full support from a large inventory of parts at ACES Parts Department, and full rebuild capabilities at ACES Repair Center. Electric compressor rentals provide our customers with additional backup service.
Air Audits
The U.S. Department of Energy estimates that air compressors use as much as 10% of all electricity generated in the United States with approximately 50% of it wasted.
True power used by the air compressors is measured using kilowatt meters which would monitor amperage, voltage, and power factor. This information is then analyzed and provides suggestions to maximize the efficiency of a compressed air system and help identify savings opportunities. Audit solutions are often simple, such as minor piping corrections, inexpensive compressor control adjustments, and/or additional storage capacity complemented with precision flow controllers.
Service & Repair
ACES is staffed with factory-trained technicians who operate stocked service trucks with both rotary screw and reciprocating compressor parts inventory. We offer on-site repair service, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The Service Dept. receives full support from a large inventory of parts and full rebuild/re-manufactured capabilities.
