Comprised of dryers that match the capacity of our compressors, filters, drains, oil/water separators, and other air treatment accessories. These products combine to offer you a truly integrated compressed air contaminant removal system.

Sullair Desiccant Dryers

Sullair Desiccant Dryers reliably remove harmful moisture and contaminants from compressed air, helping protect your compressed air system, machinery and downstream tools. How?

Regeneration Methods Heatless Heatless dryers use part of the compressed air to regenerate the desiccant in the opposite tank. Heated Heated dryers use an external heat source such as a hot air blower—reducing or eliminating process air loss during the regeneration.

Sullair Refrigerated

Refrigerated air dryers are ideal for operations with variable flow rates. Sullair cycling dryers use solenoid valves that close during low demand periods and trap the refrigerant in the fully insulated heat exchanger acting as a thermal mass. Once the mass is chilled to a pre-determined temperature, the dryer is switched off for maximum energy savings.

Parker Heatless TW Series Desiccant Air Dryer

Parker Airtek TW Series Heatless Twin Tower Desiccant Air Dryers remove contaminants in compressed air systems using Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology. Pressure dewpoint of -40°F (-40°C) and flowrate of 10 – 6000 scfm depending on model.

Membrane Dryers

Membrane dryers are dehumidifying dryers that work by depressing the dew point of incoming air. They are popular since they can operate continuously without electricity and are quiet and low-maintenance.

No longer relegated to simply point-of-use drying applications, membrane dryers are now available in capacities and efficiencies that rival desiccant dryers without the costly and time-consuming maintenance. They are ideal for applications where the dew point requirement falls somewhere below +32°F (0°C) and -40°F/C.
